Job Description
(Straight Commission, Capacity to Earn $50-100K+)
Inbound Sales Rep that converts leads and prospects into viable clients.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Quality Control selling system.
- Provide a detailed weekly report to your manager.
- Follow all leads whether it leads to a $30 or $30K sale.
- Mine the internal database for potential clients.
- Mine the Company file cabinets for past and potential clients.
- Educate potential clients on new and existing services and how
they can lead to more sales.
- Focus on existing C & D clients and renewing and upselling
to larger sales.
- Booking appointments and making presentations in person and online.
- Screen incoming A & B prospects and book appointments for
senior reps to lias on.
- Warm and cold calling into our base.
Qualifications:
- Excellent sales skills, strongly self motivated, with a love
for creating a sale from a lead.
- Excellent customer service skills including strong follow up.
- Strong Internet marketing skills with a strong passion for the
Internet and what it can do for the client.
- Excellent communication skills, phone skills, charisma and presentation
skills.
- Business acumen and a polished professional presentation.
- Highly motivated and self directed.
- Courteous, prompt, and timely and excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast
paced environment.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as
